Open Entry Registration: July 1 – Sept. 1, 2025
Check-In Begins: Tuesday, Oct. 14: 4pm
Books Close: Wednesday, Oct. 15: 4pm (Junior Show books close Friday, Oct. 17: 4pm)
Release: Saturday, Oct. 18: Conclusion of the scholarship presentations
