In addition to Tropicals and Cut Horticulture competitions, several garden clubs hold their shows in the Cantey Building at the SC State Fair in October.
Our thanks to Ikebana International Chapter #182, the Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia in conjunction with The Nationally Accredited Judges Council of South Carolina, the Mid-Carolina Camellia Society, and the South Carolina Rose Society for sharing the beauty of their arrangements during the 2023 SC State Fair!

- Tropicals – Monday, Oct. 7 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Special Contests – Monday, Oct. 7 – 8:00 am to 5:00pm
- Cut Horticulture – Tuesday, Oct. 15 – 7:30 am to 10:30 am
Release Day:
- Monday, Oct. 21 – 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
