Exhibitors must be nineteen (19) years of age or under as of January 1 of the current year. This is also applied to each age division, i.e. 12 and under class entrants must be 12 or younger as of January 1.
Classes to include: NEW IN 2024-COSTUME CLASS, Novice/Walk-Jog, Speed Events, Western, Hunter Over Fences, Ranch Ground Handling, Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Riding

Open Entry Registration: July 1 – Sept. 1, 2025
Scholarship Program Application Deadline: September 1
Show Dates:
- Friday, Oct 10 – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, Oct 11 – 11:00 am (SPIRIT OF SOUTH CAROLINA COSTUME CLASS, ALL AGES: at end of Youth Ranch Riding will be the final class of the day)
- Sunday, Oct 12- 12:00 noon
Check-In and Barn Availability: Friday, Oct 10 – 10:00 am
Release: Sunday, Oct 12 – Horses released at conclusion of show
